Kids Art Development Class

Give your child the opportunity to develop their creative skills and build confidence in a group. Our kids/juniors' class is designed to be supportive, and all skill levels are welcomed. We combine art making and art education into a fun empowering class. Explore many mediums, enable skills in problem solving and with the help of our instructor, create individual works of art in both traditional and experimental ways.

Teens Art Development Class

This class successfully allows our teens to explore the diverse world of the visual arts, beyond what is taught in school. Students will gain confidence in working with new, experimental concepts as well as gain knowledge in art history to produce creatively in a fun, encouraging environment.

Our classes are taught by experienced practicing artists and delve into an amazing array of materials, concepts, and techniques. We draw influences from contemporary artists and from art history to fully round out our student’s education.

Our studio is fully equipped to provide a variety of experiences for our students. These include glass fusing, ceramics, mosaics, acrylic pouring, polymer clay, jewellery, resin moulding as well as painting, sculpture, and a firm foundation of drawing.

Youth Ceramics

This program will engage young people in both functional and sculptural ceramics.
Students will be run through a comprehensive introduction to several foundational hand-building techniques including pinch method, coiling, hand-modelling, slab construction and throwing on the wheel.

Once students have built their beautiful forms, our skilled ceramicists will teach a variety of aesthetic, decoration, and glazing techniques such as carving, printing, stamping, sgraffito, underglaze washes, painting with glaze, bubble glaze, marbling, and oxides.

Each class is run for 90mins in a friendly, creative, and inclusive space.
